Frazer Holmes Coaching offers two Coach Training Programs that are International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited. Completing an Accredited Coach Training Program is an important step for coaches seeking to become an ICF credentialed coach. Our Foundational course covers the minimum hours required for Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification while our Advanced course provides over 200 hours of training including advanced mastercoaching skills.

Our coach training is boutique. We are not seeking to train anyone and everyone. Our goal is to train the best coaches in Australasia. We have even re-trained the best graduates from other colleges.

 

Foundational Coach Training (128 Hours)

This program is for coaches who are seeking to become professionals of the highest calibre.

Course Modules

Module 1a: Transformational Coaching (18 hrs)
This module comprises a three day intensive covering a core set of transformational coaching tools and skills.

Module 1b: Transformational Coaching in Practice (27 hrs)
This 12 week distance education practical module applies the transformational coaching techniques in a safe, mentored environment through participation in weekly conference calls, assignments and supervised coaching triads.

Module 2: Practitioner Coaching (32 hrs)
This module introduces additional coaching skills, tools and delivery techniques along with unique insights and strategies for coaching those who are faced with even the most difficult circumstances in life (including job loss, career path change, major decision making, tough relational climates and other major life change circumstances).

Module 3: Professional Coaching (51 hrs)
This module provides five days of intensive training on session management, communication skills and human behaviour. It is designed to take the high end ACC level student through to PCC level, equipping them to pass their PCC exam.

Advanced Coach Training (216.5 Hours)

Program Vision & Goals

This program is perfect for coaches who are looking to go beyond the ordinary, extending and/or specialising their coaching skills, tools and techniques to true coaching mastery.

Module 4: Master Coaching (47 hrs)
Takes the mastery of coaching to a whole new level, delving into the neurobiology and psychology of change. Covers self-control, habits, thought life and the impact of physiology, chemistry, neurology and psychology.

Module 5: Life Balance Coaching (41.5 hrs)
This intensive covers all aspects of being: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual & relational in the coaching context and equips coaches to help clients bring life back into harmony and align everyday life with vision and hopes to bring incredible breakthrough.

Course Pre-requisites

There are no specified prequisites for commencing this course, besides a commitment to personal application of the principles learned. Successful completion (or approved recognition of prior learning) is required prior to advancement to the next module.

Fee Policy

Upon enrolment, students must undertake to pay the full cost of each module enrolled in either upfront on according to an agreed payment plan using our EziDebit system. Details regarding payment plans can be found here: Payment Plans

Students will not be permitted to proceed to the next module of training until they have completed payment for the previous module. Additional fees will apply for students who take longer than the allotted time to complete a module unless special circumstances apply and appropriate arrangements have been made ahead of time.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy

Students who withdraw from the program following commencement will forfeit fees paid for all modules commenced. Partial or full refunds may be available upon request for payments relating to any modules not yet commenced at the time of withdrawal.
